(e.g., your neighbor has open WiFi, but limits it to certain MAC addresses. There are no legal issues re spoofing the MAC address, unless you're doing it to gain access to something you wouldn't otherwise have, or to impersonate someone else. ![]() This would've been my answer to that question: Someone asked about MAC address spoofing as a privacy technique, then deleted their post before I could reply.
